Each potential build starts with a one hour phone call. This gives us the opportunity to learn if we are a good fit for this adventure together! From our initial meeting, we will be able to provide you with an approximate estimate. A "build" is variable and can be a partial (drawer system, galley, electrical system etc) or full fledged build out


Next, we will meet in person or remotely to go over all aspects of your build. After this meeting, we will be able to provide you with a more detailed and accurate estimate of project costs. 


We require a deposit (amount based on scope of work) to hold your spot in our schedule. This payment will be applied to the design and build of your project.


This is where the real adventure begins! A few months before the start of your build, we will meet to determine the layout, systems, materials and finishes.  Post-meeting we will be able to provide you with a floor plan and 3D renderings of your build. We will then finalize the estimate and secure a second deposit to cover parts and materials. 


On average it takes 8-12 weeks to build a custom adventure vehicle. We ask that you have the vehicle delivered to us a week before your build start date. We will keep you posted on the build and bill monthly to cover labor expenses and audit materials costs. 


Plan on spending a few hours with us to walk through your new rig. Along with this demonstration you will receive all user guides and manuals provided by component manufacturers. Our goal is to send you off prepared to navigate the adventures that await! We stand behind out work, answer the phone and emails to make sure you have the best experience possible with your vehicle. 1 year standard warranty on all components we manufacture plus support to ensure you have warranty backing from all components installed in or on your vehicle.
